I still have some faith that the fundamentals are there, but even Weiss gave up on it earlier this year. I'm still holding on since in addition to your analysis, I do like the fact that most of its properties are in stable areas of the world like the US and Australia. I'm not so sure about companies with many property holdings in Mexico. South America may be okay. I know Jim Puplava, financialsense.com, owns CDE for his clients as part of his portfolio.
