I am pretty bullish on JDSU, JDS Uniphase Corp. in the short term. The company is set to announce earnings today, November 9th, 2005. I would wait and see how the market reacts to the earnings announcement before jumping in. JDSU is a highly speculative investment. Good news should drive the stock up for several days, giving you multiple entry points for investing. In the long run I am a bit concerned about the company’s $350 Million cash position. The company should grow its cash position as it struggles to reach profitability.
