TSM and UMC set to reach new 52-week highs

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSM) and United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) are set to reach new 52-week highs today if the U.S. markets close strongly. 2330.tw and 2303.tw on the Taiwan Stock Exchange both hit new 52-week highs. 2330.tw, the counterpart stock for TSM, closed at $72.50, up almost 8%. 2303.tw, the counterpart stock to UMC, closed at $23.75, up over 10%.
